Mr. Eyob Kifle Moges (BSc, MPH) Associate Technical Director

 

Mr. Eyob Kifle Moges (BSc, MPH) Associate Technical Director , is a public health expert who earned his MPH degree from Haramaya University and graduated as a winner of the “Outstanding Student Award” upon course completion for his exceptional academic performance. Eyob is currently providing technical support to the short term trainings, consultancy works, operational researches and program/project implementations that ABH is engaged in. As part of his duty, his most recent activities include assisting in the coordination of UNICEF’s joint TFP (Therapeutic Feeding Program) Monitoring project in Oromia, Amhara, SNNP, Tigray and Somali regions, baseline and end-line surveys to revitalize newborn corner in health facilities in Ethiopia-for Ethiopian Pediatric Society funded by UNICEF, rapid assessment on the quality of pre-service private medical training colleges in Ethiopia to determine perceived competency of graduates for USAID/Private Health Sector Program, National Outcome Evaluation(2011) of the Targeted

 

Supplementary Food (TSF) Program in six regional states for the World Food Program(WFP), Formative Research on HIVAIDS Prevention Project among Most at Risk Populations (MARPs) in Six Towns of Ethiopia for USAID/EngenderHealth MARPS Project, rapid nutritional assessment in Gode for SOS, Terminal evaluation of nutrition project in different zones of Oromia for CARE, CBN trainings for UNICEF, and Mr. Eyob also coordinated a number of research activities in HIV/AIDS and nutrition related areas for different organizations. Mr. Eyob also significantly contributed towards the successful provision of trainings organized by FMOH, FHAPCO and Regional Health Bureaus in collaboration with PEPFAR, USAID, MSH/HCSP, AED/FANTA2, and WHO and facilitated by ABH Services, on Clinical Nutrition Care for Children and Adults Living with HIV, clinical mentorship, basic ART, basic VCT, PMTCT, and many more trainings.
